THE DUO FLUTE & GUITAR
Since 2010, Anke and Danièle have been playing together intensively and have been looking
for an original repertoire through the ages. Varying from music for the unique combination
of piccolo and guitar, to American compositions and adaptations of various well-known (and
lesser known) works from the history of music. They also work together with contemporary
composers, such as Robert Groslot, who wrote a piece called “Albadoro” for piccolo and
guitar for them. In 2018 they were invited to play two concerts at the National Flute
Association Convention in Orlando (US).
